Expand your vision, Narrow your focus

If you're anything like me, then you know the inner ache of feeling stuck in your life.

If you're a leader or emerging leader, then you probably know what it's like not just to feel stuck but unseen in your true potential.

If you have watched my videos or read my articles, you know that I deeply believe in the biotech industry. And yet, corporate cultures can be toxic, which is quite a mixed message for an industry that stands for improving people's lives.

But you have more power here than you realize. I want to share with you something I say a lot. "Expand your vision, Narrow your focus." It's a paradox, but it makes a lot of sense when you deconstruct it. 

When you feel paralyzed, stuck in a pattern, or don't know what to do, then step back and expand your vision so you can see more options, possibilities, and available resources. 

Once you've seen a new path emerge amongst your new insights, you then narrow your focus on that, take the call to action, and move forward. 

This is a proven approach to success, happiness, and creating a fulfilling life journey. 

And... that is why it breaks my heart that so many amazing people will simply stay stuck and underutilized in their potential as the years pass by.
