An Inspired Poem: Release

Release the grip that holds so tight,

The tension that consumes our might,

Let go of control, let it take flight,

And surrender to the present's light.

The weight we carry, oh so heavy,

It's time to let go and be steady,

To trust the universe's levy,

And let our worries become petty.

For in this moment, we are free,

The past and future no longer decree,

And we can finally see,

The beauty in our vulnerability.

So let go of the need to control,

Embrace the unknown, let it unfold,

And allow yourself to be whole,

In the release of the story you've told.

For in the release, we find peace,

The tension and anxiety do cease,

 And we can finally release,

Into the moment, and find release.
